Return and Exchange Policy

Requests must be submitted within 14 days of the shipment receipt date, and the product must be in its original condition with the shipping label attached.

Please note that no requests will be accepted after this period. You can review the policies below:

• One transaction per shipment is allowed – either return or exchange.
• The customer is responsible for any additional shipping charges that may arise during the return or exchange process.
• In the case of a combined order (return and exchange), the customer must clearly state this.

Suppose you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product. In that case, we offer a full refund or a free replacement, with no additional shipping charges, provided you submit your request within 7 days of receiving the order.
